I don't know if anyone will read this page, but I hope that John Navas will. I was reading the page about wireless on a boat, and saw what to me is an obvious error. It is the part where it suggests the difference between a 2 dBi antenna and an 8 dBi antenna is 6 dBi. That is not correct, the difference is 6 dB, not 6 dBi. My first reaction was that this error should be corrected. But then after some consideration, I wondered whether the error was intentional, as most readers will not be aware of the error, and may make more 'sense' to them as written. Overall, I want to say what a great resource this site is. Thank you! Dave
